Yoga is a subtle art of meditation and exercise that has helped people of all ages. To highlight the impact of Yoga , we celebrated World Yoga Day in our school with a fruitful session on Yoga. The importance of Yoga and the theme of ‘Yoga for heart’ was higlighted with a video and PPT.It was followed by a Yoga session for the students lead by Mr. M.Rajesh (PG Diploma in Yoga) who stressed on the benefits of each asana before the demonstration.Students participated by stretching and encouraging their mind and body to perform the asanas to the best of their ability
