ವಿಶ್ವ ಪರಿಸರ ದಿನದ ಅ೦ಗವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರೆಸ್ಟಿಜ್ ಪದವಿ ಪೂರ್ವ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಜೆಪ್ಪಿನಮೊಗರು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ದಿನಾ೦ಕ 5-06-2018 ರ೦ದು ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಹೋರಾ೦ಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಿಡ ನೆಡುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು. ಈ ಬಾರಿ “ಪ್ಲಾಸ್ಟಿಕ್ ಮಾಲಿನ್ಯ ಹಿಮ್ಮೆಟ್ಟಿಸಿ” ಎನ್ನುವ ಘೋಷ ವಾಕ್ಯದೊ೦ದಿಗೆ, ಬಳಕೆಯಾದ ಪ್ಲಾಸ್ಟಿಕ್ ನಿ೦ದ ಉಪಯುಕ್ತ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸಿ ಮರುಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದೆ೦ದು ಪ್ರಾತ್ಯಕ್ಷಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ದ್ಥಿನಿಯರು ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾ೦ಶುಪಾಲರು, ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಪಕರು ಮತ್ತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಹಭಾಗಿತ್ವದೊ೦ದಿಗೆ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
